Yep, I really don’t get the protests. I would if they were about jobs losses etc, but the idea that the government can’t tell us what to do (within limits of course) is absurd. And to protest is an important right but doing so in these strange times … and it’s not just their health they’re risking but those of police, public transport workers, so many others…
And yes, meeting up with my friend was awesome. We’ll be doing it regularly, rules permitting. 🙂

It really upset me to see pictures of it – however the main discussions I saw on the local groups (so outside my own bubble as membership is very mixed) was mainly against them, which gave me hope.
