I’ve had another blogger I follow post about pacing recently and he had a fab time, too, however I’d be really scared about doing it wrong. Our club offers pacing at our local parkrun a few times a year and I’ve not even dared do that yet! So well done you, and I’m glad you got yourself sorted with water and salt and felt better right away.
