Thanks so much.Yep, I got tired of plodding so decided it was time to do some proper speed work - my self styled sessions are still really short but paying dividends and I&#039;m doing my best to make it fun! I&#039;ve also shortened my stride which is weird at first but now feels much more efficient. Essentially I&#039;m using suggestions made in this book which I reviewed here - https://runningonfullblog.com/art-of-running-faster/  I wish you well with it. And I&#039;ll be sharing your club&#039;s motto with mine - LOVE IT!]]></description>
