Thanks so much Marcus. I think I&#039;ll be happy to complete! Yep, need to get back to doing core, stretching, rolling etc. 15 mins a day kept me injury free for the London Marathon so should do the trick for this. And squats, my favourite.... Happy training to both of us!]]></description>
