Thanks Liz. I don&#039;t think I&#039;d pay for it either - it seems to be an option with some of the more commercially driven races. Most of the races I do are pretty small and organised by clubs and local communities. And I know what you mean on the race photos - I sometimes pay for them if there are a few I like or if it&#039;s a really big race like London. Though I do see lots of people on social media using photos with the watermarks (i.e. they haven&#039;t paid for them), which is something I really disagree with and would not do - the photographers need to earn a living as well!]]></description>

I never pay for race photos either as it&#039;s so often SO MUCH money for a few manky pics, they never edit them or act selectively as my friends do when they photograph small races. So no, I wouldn&#039;t do it. Good post though and great to be talking about it.]]></description>
