Yep, the goat is very cool! And that’s brilliant. I might try running again in a few weeks once my back is fully sorted. Likely I’ll need to see my physio again for my knee – but will see how it goes.

I managed to do 10.3 miles today on a really muggy morning as my friend I run with quite a lot has decided she wants to try for a half-marathon distance soon. It was still good, if sticky, just to get the time together! And the social distancing on the streets was good-natured and competent, much better than it used to be, not sure why.
